1. General Information

The Nest Collective is operated as an LLC based in Silverthorne, Colorado. We provide vacation rental accommodations with a focus on wellness. Some stays may include access to amenities such as a wellness loft, sauna, steam shower, or hot tub.
 

2. Booking & Eligibility

• You must be 25 years of age or older to book.

• Smoking is not permitted at any of our properties.

• Pets are welcome at our properties; restrictions and fees may apply.

• All payments and cancellations are subject to the policies outlined on our booking platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, OwnerRez).
   

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests agree to follow all house rules listed on the individual booking pages.

• Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay.

• Quiet hours and local regulations must be respected.
   

4. Wellness & Third-Party Services

• Amenities such as the sauna, hot tub, pool and cold plunge or equipment are used at your own risk.

• The Nest Collective is not liable for accidents, injuries, or misuse of amenities.

• Any third-party services (massage therapy, private chefs, excursions) are arranged directly with vendors. We do not guarantee vendor availability and assume no liability for their services.
   

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, photography, branding, and copy are the intellectual property of The Nest Collective and may not be reproduced without permission.
 

6. Limitation of Liability

The Nest Collective is not liable for:

• Accidents or injuries during your stay

• Weather conditions, travel delays, or circumstances beyond our control

• Experiences with third-party vendors
