"We had an opportunity to stay at The Sideline Club this month with family friends - four adults, four kids - and I can't say enough good things about this vacation rental.
It felt like a spa getaway for the grown ups with the lounge chaises, cold plunge, hot tub, bath salt bar(!), and the kids had an absolute blast playing in the pool, cozying up for movie night and eating pizza from the outdoor pizza oven.
If you're looking for a place that has hotel-style amenities with all the conveniences of a vacation rental for your family (especially if you've got little ones like me), this is absolutely worth checking out. Plus, the aesthetic is top notch.
Side note: It's such a convenient location. We flew into Sarasota Airport and were there within 15 minutes, while bouncing around to beaches easily with a rental car. There's so much to do in this area; can't wait to come back!"

What started as a way to fund renovations became something bigger: a passion for creating the kind of stays our own family craves. The ones where you actually unwind. Where the details are handled. Where memories stack up without the stress.
Since 2020, we've renovated five properties, learned what works (and what doesn't), and refined our portfolio to three intentionally curated homes—Colorado mountains, Michigan lakefront, and Florida's Gulf Coast—each designed for families, athletes, and friends who want more than just a place to crash.
